it appears that I have a multimodal (ARK) learning preference the highest score being Kinesthetic: 12    

I think that out of all of these that I am more of a learn from doing type of person (as the numbers show). I also noticed that one of the suggestions was to condense one's notes (3:1) and that was how I studied all through x-ray school; it worked for me.
